Description:
When a hole is drilled in the underside of a table top at
a compound angle, the center of the hole will tilt in two
directions from the perpendicular.
Use:
Holes drilled at compound angles are used for fitting legs
in tables, chairs, and benches. Fasteners, such as screws,
and pegs applied at compound angles, are extensively used
in cabinet work.
